About Us
At Poblano Mexican Grill, we serve authentic Mexican cuisine and street-style favorites made with passion, pride, and genuine care. We take no shortcuts in our kitchen - our meats are carefully seasoned, our salsas are made fresh, and every recipe honors time-tested traditions. Guests trust us for family dinners and quick weekend bites because they know we treat every plate like it’s for our own table. As Aryan Unnikrishnan shared, "I cannot believe this torta was $9. I swear it’s enough for two meals. On top of that it tastes amazing. Hopkins students, I promise you it’s worth the walk"
From our massive 100% Halal chicken tortas and customizable burrito bowls to our crispy taco shell bowls, chicken over rice, fresh quesadillas, and chicken tortilla soup, quality and generous portions are where we focus on every order. We know our regulars by name, and first-time guests quickly become part of the family. We're proud to serve the Baltimore community.
